Brandon launched his career with Insight Global- the second largest talent solutions firm in the country as an IT Recruiter and in less than a year of being in that role, he was promoted to an IT Account Manager where he provides consulting services to a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from Global Corporations, Fortune 500 companies, Fortune 100 companies, and smaller firms. Within the same year of his promotion to Account Manager, Brandon was promoted two more times adding two additional roles to his current role. Today, Brandon serves as an IT Account Manager, Regional Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Advisor, and ESG Lead.
In his DE&I role, Brandon provides consulting services directly related to enhancing DE&I in the workplace, effectively attracting and retaining diverse talent, customized training solutions, and DE&I best practices including effective recruiting strategies. As a diverse individual himself, Brandon is passionate about the work he and the rest of the DE&I team do to enact positive change within organizations. Recently, he had the opportunity to publish an article on Equity vs. Equality providing insight on the topic and ways to implement best practices into the talent lifecycle.
In his ESG role, Brandon will be Houston's lead for Insight Global's newest initiative, the "Be The Light Tour" which is a mobile career readiness event traveling to 12 major cities this year. This event provides career readiness workshops such as resume writing, navigating the job search, LinkedIn, and interviewing skills. The event also provides a plethora of other interactive experiences like networking opportunities with Insight Global clients, free professional headshots, and one on one consultations. Brandon has cultivated relationships with local and national community partners to better serve underrepresented communities for this event.
Brandon is born and raised in Louisiana where he attended his dream school and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and a minor in Communication Studies from LSU.
