Aaron Wheeler
Business Performance Manager
Aaron is a Research & Development (R&D) Business Performance Manager and currently a member of the Representation in Clinical Research team a.k.a. RISE. In his role, he supports workforce strategy, change management, diversity, inclusion and belonging efforts, and project management. Prior to this role, he participated in Amgen’s Veteran Fellowship Program where he assisted the organization’s Centralized Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging team.
Aaron is a retired US Army with over 20 years of service achieving the highest enlisted rank of Command Sergeant Major. Aaron is a hold of MBA, an undergraduate degree in Healthcare Administration, amongst other certifications.
Outside of work Aaron volunteers with various organizations. He is an active alumni member of Leadership Tampa, a program sponsored by the Tampa Chamber of Commerce.
